Limited Companies
All directors of limited companies have a legal responsibility to file their accounts each year on time with Companies House. They have to be in a statutory format that comply with current company law and standard accounting practice. They also have to be sent to the Inspector of Taxes with corporation tax computations which include calculations of corporation tax payable.
This is becoming more complicated each year with the myriad of new legislation. Does all this bewilder you?
I am here to help you with this and give you further advice on all business matters. Your company affairs are very closely linked with your personal tax affairs. A knowledge of both is essential.
